The rules on the use of Malaysian government employee name badge
Make sure you follow the correct rules:
- All tags should be made of plastic with white letters with a black background of 7.5cm x 2.5 cm as attached.
- Only one name is used.
- There are no capital letters and penalties imposed and if the spelling of the name is excessive it should be shortened or minimized to fit within the specified tag size.
- Titles, descent, professions, academics or ‘initials’ can not be written.
- The department names and logos must not be included in the name tags, the departments that want to use the Department logo, they must be kept separate from the name tags.
- The tag should be pinned to the left chest.
- Tags should be separated from the security pass.
